Wordless songs of the soul written with a pluck and twang telling the stories of life. “Looking back at the history of the guitar, imagining the masterful Leonardo De Vinci, plucking his first notes in the 1460’s, I’m guessing the magical feeling he experienced was likely the same that I felt, back when I got my first guitar. It was a Gianinni, off the rack at Chicago’s Lyon & Healey in the 1960’s. I’m not comparing myself to the great Leonardo, I’m only saying that over the centuries the excitement of creating songs from a tangled web of notes of an acoustic guitar is likely the same as what Leonardo felt over 500 years ago with his lute. The more things change the more they stay the same.”
